Patient Scheduling

St. Jude has a central scheduling team that assists you with scheduling most of your daily appointments.  There are also staff at each of our front desks who can help with scheduling some visits as well.  This includes visits occurring here on campus as well as telehealth visits and off-site visits.

You can meet with a scheduler at any time to review the needs for your next visit.

  • You can speak with a patient scheduler Monday through Friday from 7 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

  • You can also reach them on weekends and holidays from 7 a.m.–7 p.m.

  • Call them at 901-595-6146.

  • You can also contact patient schedulers through MyChart.

  • Their offices are in the Patient Care Center (PCC), plaza level, Room BP250.

If you have a special request, such as certain times of the day to avoid scheduling, please let the scheduling team know. They will try to meet your needs.

Schedule changes

There are times that we will need to adjust your schedule. We try to limit how often we do this, but when it does need to happen, a member of our scheduling team will call you if changes mean that you must come in earlier, stay later, or make special preparations.

Please contact our scheduling team if you need to make changes to your schedule.

Make sure schedulers can contact you

Please be sure that we always have to best number to reach you on file.  If we are unable to reach you on your primary number, we will try you on other numbers listed in your record.  If you stay in St. Jude housing, check your room’s voicemail often. The St. Jude staff could leave messages for you. They may also call about schedule changes.

The best time to check your schedule for your next day’s appointments is at the end of the day. This allows time for the scheduler to update your appointments in case appointments are added or times change.

Working together, we can make sure all of your St. Jude visits go smoothly.
