Does the Together by St. Jude™ website require registration? 

No, you do not have to register to visit and explore the content. We do suggest that users sign up for our email newsletter to stay updated on new information and improvements to the site. 

How to bookmark the site like an app 

The Together by St. Jude online resource does not have a mobile app. But you can bookmark the site on your phone’s home screen for quick access. Follow the instructions below:

iOS instructions

  1. Open the site in Safari. 
  2. Tap the share icon at the bottom. 
  3. Scroll until you see “Add to Home Screen.” 
  4. Type “Together,” and then tap “Add.” 
  5. You should now see our teal-colored icon on your home screen.
     

Android instructions

  1. Open the site in the default browser. 
  2. Tap the menu icon. 
  3. Tap the option that says, “Add shortcut” or “Add to home screen.” 
  4. Type “Together,” and then tap “Add.”
  5. You should now see our teal-colored icon on your home screen.

How to share a page by email or on social media 

Each page on the Together by St. Jude online resource has buttons for sharing to Facebook, X, WhatsApp, and through email. On a desktop, the buttons will appear on the lower-right corner as you start scrolling on a page. On a mobile device, the buttons appear at the bottom of each page.

Our team of writers and patient educators work closely with subject-matter experts at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital to regularly review our content and make sure it is accurate.

Languages for Together by St. Jude

The Together by St. Jude online resource is currently available in 12 languages: English, Arabic, Burmese, Chinese, French, Hindi, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Ukrainian, and Urdu. You can select your preferred language using the language selector on the top-right corner of your screen. We encourage you to  sign up for our newsletter to learn about new language releases.

How we translate content for people from different countries and cultures

Our team works with professional translators who have special training in life sciences to translate our content. We also work with in-country, third-party reviewers and sometimes beta readers. These reviewers have backgrounds in health care or medicine, and they are native speakers of each language and can speak English fluently. They review each translation and make edits as needed to make a high-quality translation.
