Valerie M. Crabtree, PhD, is a Member of the Department of Psychology and Chief of Psychosocial Services at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. She has fellowship training in pediatric psychology. She received additional fellowship training and certification in behavioral sleep medicine. Her research interests include sleep disturbances and fatigue in children and youth with cancer. Her clinical work focuses on sleep and psychological adaptation needs of children with chronic medical conditions. She co-authored the book Pediatric Sleep Problems: A Clinician’s Guide to Behavioral Interventions.
