Daniel Bastardo Blanco, PhD, leads the team behind the Together by St. Jude™ online resource, a multilingual source of information and education for families facing childhood and adolescent cancer. He received his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. His work focuses on navigating the challenges of developing and distributing online health education for families facing pediatric cancer and other catastrophic diseases, no matter where the patient receives treatment. He is passionate about global health, health literacy, and patient family education and communication. He is originally from Venezuela.
