Angus Olsen
Founder, I Draw Childhood Cancer
In 2016, Angus Olsen’s two-year-old daughter, Jane, was diagnosed with an aggressive cancer. Olsen, a former Disney animator, drew his experience to make sense of it for friends and family. Jane was declared free of cancer in 2017, but Olsen’s artwork found a purpose in the wider childhood cancer community. His book, My NG Tube, is used by families of children with cancer worldwide. Angus now dedicates his spare time to creating books, visual material, and resources for childhood cancer families, hospitals, and charities through his website idrawchildhoodcancer.com.
